Position: Benefits Coordinator
•Coordinates with location managers on employment opportunities available throughout the company and the job description that goes along with them.
•Advertise employee job openings through the company website, recruitment services, and social media.
•Sorts and reviews resumes and ensures the location manager receives them in a timely manner.
•Assist hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
•Enroll and terminate employees in the health benefits and carrier portal in a timely manner.
•Assist with annual benefits Open Enrollment process.
•Reconcile monthly benefit invoices against payroll deductions.
•Coordinate with payroll on employee benefits enrollment.
•Communicate with employee’s regarding benefit selections, open enrollment options and times and company newsletters.
•Organized and Self-motivated.
•Proficient in Excel.
•Must be able to withstand reasonable physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job in a shop environment.
•Excellent time management, organization, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience and Education:
•High school diploma.
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR.
