Position: HR Manager

Description:

Fast growing corporate office is seeking an HR Administrator.  The right candidate will possess the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.  Possible relocation assistance is available. 
 
Duties: 
*Oversees the daily workflow of the HR Department 
*Manage timekeeping system 
*Reviews employee documentation for accuracy 
*Maintains the employee handbook 
*Recruiting for all locations 
*Oversees the onboarding and termination processes 
*Maintains employee benefit files and benefit portal ? Works with Corporate Environmental/Health/Safety Manger on training portal   
*Coordinates Open Enrollment process  
*Reconciles monthly benefit invoices against payroll deductions 
*Manages 401k retirement plan 
*Assists with the conversion of a new 401K provider  
*Works with Corporate Environmental/Health/Safety Manger on training portal   
*Reviews Workers Comp Claims and assists with annual renewal 
*Assists with OSHA Logs 
*Works closely with plant managers and accounting 
*Some travel required 
*Other duties as assigned. 
 
Skills: 
*Understanding of HR/Payroll policy and procedure 
*Strong understanding of benefit plans including 401k 
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel 
 
Experience: 
*Minimum 4 years of HR/Payroll experience 
*SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
*BA/BS in Human Resources
*Excel experience required
