Ideal applicant will have 3-5 years office experience. Must have good communication and customer service skills. Prefer an individual bilingual in Spanish.
Duties include: interviewing applicants in person and on the phone, identifying customer’s needs, skills matching, administer assessment tests, all on-boarding procedures including drug screening.
Applicants must be responsible, reliable, mature and have extensive computer skills. Confidentiality is essential. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen.
Mon-Fri 8 a to 5 p with occasional overtime.
Completely clear criminal history is required.
