Steps to a New Career
Its easy and no cost to you! Following the steps below and you’ll be on your way to exciting opportunities.
Step 1 – Apply. Fill out an employment application or upload your resume. Returning applicants can contact our office for a username and password.
Step 2 – Interview. We will contact you to conduct an in-person or telephone interview to review your employment history, skills and career interests. The interview is your time to shine, so add any details about yourself that you feel are important.
Step 3 – Follow up. Check back with us and keep in touch online to see our new job openings. Based on the information you provide us we will also contact you about positions that we believe you may be interested and qualified for.
Step 4 – Employment. Upon placement on an assignment, you will complete new hire paperwork that employs you with Demand Staff. Depending on the assignment you may be temporary, temp to perm, or a direct hire at one of our client companies. Demand Staff will then pay you based on the amount of hours you work. There is never a fee for us finding you a job. Nothing is ever taken out of your paycheck. If and when a client is ready to hire you, they contact us and we switch you onto their company. There is usually a short 3-month period before companies hire our temporary employees.
